Bleeding after orgasm

Hello you guys, I need a bit of advice here.... I have a large fibroid in my uterus! as you could imagine it makes my uterus heavy and full most of the time.... that being said.... recently after intimacy I have bit of pain but most importantly after orgasming!! I tend to bleed it's not a lot of blood normally a pantyliner can catch most of it but at the end of the day rather there is actual penitration or not I end up bleeding a large amount after orgasming! is this normal? It never used to happen before...and I've had my fibroid since I was young! Please help guys.
