Suddenly not producing

I went from being able to pump 10oz in one sitting to barely 2oz. I pump and breastfeed. My 2 1/2 week old has no issue going back and forth. I equally breastfeed and bottle feed because dad feeds him often as well. I only have 8 ounces of milk left in the fridge, and I just pumped 2oz. He’s up to 4oz at night and 3oz during the day. He wakes up every 3 hours like clockwork to feed. I’m no longer able to keep up. For the last 3 days I’ve been drinking upspring milk flow, taking fenugreek supplements, and eating oatmeal. Any and all advice is appreciated. I’m really upset that I may have to supplement formula because I can’t produce enough milk for him. I know formula’s not a bad thing, but I don’t wanna give up on breastfeeding yet.
