Newly single moms?

Hey ladies,
I wanted to see if there was anyone else in this group who’s a newly single mom, or just a single mom in general.
My ex-fiancé didn’t do a whole lot in terms of helping with our son, but now that I’m alone I’m not sure how I’m going to manage everything.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! Not currently a single mom but I was a single mom of 3 not too long ago. I was also a single mom when my first was born and her dad was never involved in her life. I was a single mom with her till she was 7, got married, had two more kids then got divorced.
My closest family lives an hour away so I didn’t have much help. My biggest piece of advice is establish a routine! Having a daily routine will make your life and babies so much easier. Try to do pretty much the same thing at the same time each day. This will become even more important as they get older.
Also, don’t put too much expectation on yourself. If you make Mac and cheese for dinner one night instead of chicken and vegetables, so what? If the dishes stay in the sink a couple of days, so what? As long as you and your baby are fed, clean, and happy that’s what matters.
