6 days late dr told me to retest on two days

So I caved and tested this morning I was trying to hold out for 7 days pass missed period, well it was a bfn. I called the dr they want me to retest in two days. Am I out? I am just so heartbroken. I have never been this late ever and there is no sign AF is coming I just want to know if there is something wrong with me or not.
