15 weeks pp

I'm 15 weeks pp I bled for a good month, got what I thought was my period before I was back for a check up for Birth control. When I went back I got BC that was put under the skin and the doctor said it cause bleeding between periods. I have now been bleeding on and off for about 3+ weeks, tonight out of no where I started to bleed like crazy, like run down my leg bad. Went to go clean up and passed a golf ball size, maybe bigger, blood clot. Anyone else experience this? I guess I'm calling my doctor in the morning.
