Weird pain

So today when I was babysitting for my sister in law I got really bloated and got a weird pain like where I would have cramps but they where to cramps. I don’t know how to explain the pain. But I went to the bathroom and blood came out of me. I’m in my fertile window and I’ve had my period this month idk what this is. Could anyone help me if you might know what this is?
