Bacne??

I’ve been struggling with mild bacne since 7th or 8th grade and I’m now almost 20 years old. My face has always been clear and I only get maybe one pimple per cycle but my back somehow gets all of it 365 days a year. Do any of you know any remedies of getting rid of it? I just want to be able to wear tank tops and dresses and stuff without having to wear my hair down or wearing a cardigan with it. Pictures show clear face, never any acne, and my back, always acne.
