So up to this point I have yet to have an outbreak 🙌🏾 I’ve had it for almost two years now & up to this point, and per my ob, I haven’t had an outbreak. I don’t take antivirals but I take a crap ton of vitamins to boost my immune system. Anywho, I’ve recently built up my confidence and started dating. I’ve been celibate since contracting HSV2 (almost 2 years) and she has been okay with it. Well it’s getting more and more difficult to resist the temptation and I’m really thinking about being sexual with this individual. I want to protect her any way I can & myself as well. How do I go about doing so? Dental dams, female condoms? Any advice on how to disclose to her? Tips, pointers, encouragement would be greatly appreciated. 😬
