Ovarian cysts (UPDATE!!!)

UPDATE

So I went to my follow up appointment and had an ultrasound done of my ovaries and uterus. My OB said that my uterus is beautiful but slightly tilted. My left ovary is fine but the right has a huge cyst on it about the size of an orange or grapefruit. She recommends I go to a bigger office with a more experienced ob/gyn to see where we need to go from here. The pain is still pretty severe and nothing seems to ease it. Also, she believes I don't have typical PCOS because I dont have a lot of small cysts inside my ovaries but rather this large one on my right ovary. Have an appointment next week so we will see how it goes.

Saturday night I began having severe pains in my back and lower right abdominal. I really thought my period was coming but as the night went on the pain become so bad I couldnt sleep or think straight. Thought to myself this has to be a kidney stone or something because this isn't normal. Fast forward to the next day, went to my husbands family for Easter and I was in so much pain that my husband said nope we are going to the hospital instead of festivities. Come to find out I have a really large ovarian cyst growing inside me. I have an emergency ob/gyn appointment tomorrow and hopefully have some answers and solutions soon. I still have a lot of pain but maybe it will subside soon or something. The only thing I could describe this pain to is what I would imagine labor pains would feel like.
