Yeah 😬 I have heartburn every day for long periods, and a lot of the time it’s a fight to keep from throwing up. Warm baths have helped a tiny bit. Milk and tums do nothing 🙄 for me.

I have GERD so I live my life like that lmfaaaoooo. Pregnancy definitely makes mine worse though. 😭

Ask your dr for an rx they help soooo much! I would probably puke if not for my heartburn meds

Does anyone get back pain too like an achey feeling with heartburn? I had so much heartburn today I am nauseous, can’t eat, burning in my upper abdomen, chest, back....I feel like it’s got to be heartburn and not the flu based on how it started like pure heartburn 🤷🏼‍♀️ anyone else with similar experience?
