Period??

I’m 8 months PP and still no period... I’m ready because I’m trying to track my cycle to avoid getting pregnant. But I can’t lol anyone use ovulation strips to track?? breastfeeding still and the mini pill was no because I was bleeding nonstop, also allergic to condoms so I’m kinda stuck

Breastfeeding will do that, you can try to start temping. It’s easy, cheap, and you can do it daily

Im on the same boat...I had to stop breastfeeding for about 5 days due to an infection so now I’m expecting my period to show up any time soon. I’m not on birth control due to side effects from depo and allergic to condoms as well. We used natural family planning and worked out great for us till we decided to get pregnant twice, so we want to start it again!
