Ugh will I surge soon?
Letrozole cycle (5 mg) and today is day 14. Still negative strip and flashing smiley for the last 3 days. And so many twinges in my ovaries! Please tell me my LH will surge soon and ovulation will hit. I'm just getting discouraged! 😩 What day did you ovulate on Letrozole?
