Could I still be pregnant

So my last period was 26th March. Lasted 6 days. I ovulated 12th April. My next period is due 27th april. I’m having so many symptoms.. I’ve been puking, headaches, backaches etc. Pms and pregnancy symptoms are similar I know.. I took a clear blue weeks detection test today. 23 April. Came back negative. Am I testing too early? Could I still be pregnant?
