Gums in awful shape during pregnancy?!

Anyone else have horrible gums? Currently 25w. My gums not only bleed like crazy while brushing every time, but they are swollen and the top can lift up?! What the heck?! 
I’m going to make a dentist appointment first thing tomorrow morning. Not sure what all they can do, but it’s freaking me out. Anyone else?! 😭😭😭

Hygienist here. Super normal, just keep brushing and flossing like you were before. Warm salt water rinses may help, but honestly I wouldn't get my hopes up. It's just your hormones so there is a high chance of nothing really working.

My gums are terrible they bleed so much and I’m 26 weeks preggers! I just wait until my baby boy comes then hopefully they’ll stop after the hormones are gone.

It’s normal getting a cleaning will help a little bit also flossing is supposed to help as well
