Not really sure if this is a c-section question

So ever since i had an emergency c-section march 27th I’ve had terribly painful and large poops...

After the c-section think it was a day or two later i had the first poop which they said might be difficult... it was okay - normal size just couldn’t push because of incision...

I used to poop 1-2 times a day no problem. Now i poop like once every other day and its large and painful. Today was like the size of a good sized cucumber....

Is this normal? Does it go away? Help and making it not suck so much?
