Pregnancy symptoms

EDIT** okay so i realised that it sounds like I don’t know if I’m pregnant or not, I’ve taken 3 tests and all came back with strong positives, I’m just asking if other ladies have had barely any symptoms during early pregnancy **

So I haven’t been able to get a blood test yet but if I go off the last time I got my period it’s been 6 weeks or so.

But I still haven’t really had any symptoms Boobs are sore and sensitive, tired and I guess I pee a bit more than usual and I have light cramping and crazy mood swings but nothing major.

Has anyone else had a pregnancy where they had they had next to know symptoms?

Need some reassurance that this is normal.

Also does anyone in Australia know the best place to get a blood test that will be covered by Medicare?
