I am 38 + 3, went to the doctor Monday, she said I was 3cm and 95%thinned out. She doesn't I'll last til this coming Monday. They won't admit me unless I'm at a 4.

Since Monday I've been having contractions and cramping, theyve been lasting for a minute but not 7-10 minutes apart. Theyve been about 35-45 minutes apart. Dont hurt enough to stop me in my tracks.I know this may be silly but is there anything I can do to help my little guy make some progress... I live 50 minutes from the hospital and I dont want it to be a wasted trip if i go.
