I swear the bigger I get the smaller the cup gets I can't seem to not miss and make a mess anyone have a good tip on how to make it all in the cup??

I put it up right against myself & start off really slow to ensure I’m in the right spot.

I bring my own cup every appointment lol. It’s much wider and I just pour what’s needed into the cup the doctor provides and toss the rest in the toilet.

You can probably ask if they have a “hat” it like sits in the toilet then has a little notch that you pour the urine in the sterile cup.
