Clomid vs. Femara (Letrozole)

Hi ladies! After being diagnosed with PCOS I was prescribed Clomid to assist in ovulation. Before I take it I've decided to do some research on Clomid and Femara/Letrozole. I've heard/read the twin chances and side affects of Femara are a lot lower and just wanted to get some personal experiences with both drugs. Any thoughts would be helpful!
