Preeclampsia?

I am 27w5d today 
For the past 4 days I’ve had neck pain, swollen hands, and blurred vision. Do you think these are possible signs of preeclampsia? 
My next appointment next Wednesday and I will definitely bring this up in conversation. Do you think I should call now?

That’s definitely not something that should wait a week. The blurred vision would make me extremely concerned. I’d be calling my doctor like yesterday. I was diagnosed around 26 weeks with preeclampsia, and put on strict bed rest at 32 weeks due to really high blood pressure. I was induced at 37 weeks on the day. It shouldn’t be taken lightly, that’s something they will monitor very close if you do have it. I hope for yours, and your babes sake that you don’t have it! Best of luck!
