Washing my hair and noticing a significant amount of hair loss - from the ends... I know you can lose hair but what would be considered a normal amount? Ugh.

If it’s from the ends it means your hair has split and has broken . This means you need a hair cut ASAP

I personally lose a lot of hair even while being on prenatals. I try to brush my hair before I get in the shower so my drain doesn't get plugged. You might need a trim if it's just your ends breaking. I also recommend using the OGX argan oil from Morocco hair oil, it's made my split ends soo much better and it's not expensive.
