Hey y’all I’m little confused and need some help to find out how far along I am.  My last Period was March 24-28. I didn’t have unprotected sex starting  April 13 and on. I got my first positive today April 24th. How far along am I and when did I conceive

I believe 4 weeks 4 days. You count from the first day of your last period.

Unfortunately an ultrasound is the only way to really know. My last period was not correct for calculating my due date - they only are if you have regular cycles that are around 28 days. According to my period, I should have been 3 weeks ahead of what I actually am. But it's definitely a good start to go off of
