I’m stressing out so much because I do not understand this at all... I’ve been told to get a progesterone test don’t to see if I ovulate.. I’m told to go back 7 after my last period an go get my bloods on that day.. but my periods are so irregular, she wants me to go on cycle day 21 obviously but she said go back 7 days from my last cycle.. but I’m overdue every time an last cycle was 41 days an the cycle before that was 64 an the cycle before that was 225 like WHAT AM I MEANT TO DO???
