Falls and bumps?

Hi,

Our August baby is not our first one, yet we feel like we have no idea what’s happening 🤐 our first one started to move pretty late, so we did not have this problem. Our August baby has already started to cruise around the furniture. Obviously, he falls a lot. He has already had small cuts and scratches and bruises. Today he fell really bad. First he fell on his bum, but could not keep balance on there so he turned on his back really bad and hit his head on a hardwood floor. He stopped crying as soon as i picked him up, still i am very worried 😦. Does it happen to your babies as well? Do i need to check him in any way?
