Please someone help!

I’m a new, first time mom. I am struggling sooooo bad with pregnancy hives. Nothing is helping, Benadryl, Zyrtec, absolutely NOTHING! I’ve been to my primary doctor, dermatologist and OB and they keep telling me to take Zyrtec and I’m just like that crap isn’t working Lol! But no seriously, can someone please help. I can’t take any steroid creams.
