20 weeks and weight training... feeling 💃🏽
20 weeks tomorrow and I feel absolutely amazing. The strength and muscle definition I’ve gained thus far is truly 😱😱. Weight training has been such a journey. I started weight training when I was 26 weeks pregnant with my second (this was last January). I will be a mommy of 2 under 2. I’m excited to see what it’ll be like yet a little scared. Cant wait to see what my journey will take me come the end of next year.
