Comfort eating

Hey guys. I’ve been doing reasonably well with losing weight, 11 lbs gone in just over a month.

However, I’ve been having a really hard time for the last couple of months and hit a bit of a breaking point for the last week. Due to this, I’m sooo guilty of comfort eating 🙁 especially with all the bloody Easter eggs left over. Like I will literally sit there and tell myself I shouldn’t be eating this and I’m going to ruin it for myself and I just do it anyway?!

Has anyone else dealt with this, any tips and tricks for a self confessed comfort eater?
