Trying to Be Healthy

I need to vent here and maybe get some advice.

I am 20 weeks pregnant and have gained roughly 10-12 pounds. I know that weight gain during pregnancy is vital for me and my baby, but I'm jist feeling fat and frumpy. I'm starting to show more and more, but it's still just kind of an in between bump, where I just look like I've been eating too much.

It's hard for me to eat healthy all the time and working out is pretty much the hardest thing to do. I work a full time graveyard shift job so I tend to sleep in into the afternoon and then get up to eat and then go right back to work. And on my days off, I'm exhausted from working and spend most of my free time either cleaning or relaxing.

Just needing some positive thoughts here and maybe some advice on how to stay motivated to get at least a little exercise (even when I don't want to).
