A baby’s heart rate should accelerate as decrease. Just like ours does based off movement.  This is a normal fluctuation in their life. It is actually a great sign that baby is healthy. 
When or if you were ever to have NST then they actually count how many times in a 30 min session your baby has these cycles. If hey don’t have enough they actually “wake” the baby and make them be more active to see if it increases. If not then they would be concerned something is happening with baby. 
Only time you should worry is if babies heart rate is like 100 or lower.

Normal my son has been monitored yesterday at the hospital. He was super active and heartbeat near 170s at times. I am 39 weeks plus so babies heart is lower than too. Had to wait until he calmed down before it went to 160.

Very normal . My babies heartbeat has fluctuated from 140-170 throughout my appointments
