Is it safe to use lube while pregnant?

This might be a stupid question but I really don’t know 🤷🏼‍♀️.
I’m 34 weeks and sex has been uncomfortable lately. Is it safe to use lube? Is it still safe to when you are dilated? I see my OB tomorrow and plan to ask then but just wondering..

I use coconut oil for lube- just don’t use condoms with it :)

Yes. We've used h20jo for about 10 years, including during pregnancy.

I was told if I have sex just to be sure we use a condom due to The sperm And something with contracting the cervix . I am 3cm and 32 weeks

It’s depends on the lube. Google some safe options. I’m pretty sure Preseed is supposed to be good while pregnant, not just before.
