Can an unborn baby feel moms panic attacks?

The baby can sense what you're feeling, that's why they say to limit stress during pregnancy.

Anxiety attacks will increase your heart rate. Release hormones and adrenaline into the bloodstream which will pass through the baby. The baby won’t feel anxious but will react. I know when I got nervous my baby would kick more.

They can feel the stress, but I've had multiple panic attacks during my pregnancy and I'm 23 weeks and my baby girl is perfectly healthy. I have read  that girls deal with stress better in the womb than boys but I'm not sure how true that is.

Yes, i actually asked my obgyn if baby could feel when I’m angry- and she said yes, When your heart rate goes up, his goes up too.  When I’m angry, he can feel it (and he makes it known, by kicking up a storm) so I’m guessing it’s the same thing for other emotions.
