Yeast infection??

27 weeks pregnant and I keep having this discharge along with my vagina being itchy. No burning when I pee. And sex is a bit painful ... I used the canesten cream you insert for the seven days about two weeks ago. It went away for the week after treatment and is back now. Do u guys really think this is yeast? Dr appt on the 30th I’m just scared of them having to take a swab from my vagina. (I know they’ll have to see down there eventually just scares and stresses me out lol)
