i am a girl n i do a lot of girly things but sometimes i feel like i'm just a boy not all the time or sometimes i feel like i'm both a girl n a boy n sometimes i feel like neither.. my names very girly but i would like to be called they/them... am i weird?

Nah, honestly im starting to think it is kind of normal to feel confused about gender.
I think our whole society it reframing and questioning the nature of gender and people are more freely able to explore their feelings in relation to gender.
And biological sex isn't binary so, the gender binary has been called into question in some pretty serious ways.
I have always felt like I have a male side or wanted to be seen as male & have a penis, I've thought about it and felt not exactly female since I was 6-7.
But I am also very feminine in at least the way I prefer to present myself. But I don't "feel" female", my inner voice was never female. It's male or genderless.
But what does it even mean to be female? Does it even matter? 
Lol, postmodern and existential philosophy gettin up in our concept of gender?
So I think we are seeing the breakdown of old ideas about gender, and experimenting with new ones in order to understand gender better. 
Previously, gender was set into ridgid boxes with ridged definitions, roles, expectations, and that's being eroded- because it's an extremely flawed concept and isn't consistent with the reality of how people feel and are.
I also think some people feel uncomfortable being viewed as a female because of how people treat you or internalized misogyny. I think some of that may have effected me when I was a lot younger.
