I need help 😭

So lyla is a little over 8 months. Up until 3 days ago she has gone down for naps 2 a day perfect and come 8:30 she’s screaming ready for bed. I lay her down nurse her and she goes straight to sleep. BUT the last 3 days has been well.. hell! She screams all day, refuses a nap. When I try to get her to take a nap she fights me and cries. Now at bed time its gone from 8:30 to almost 11! And it’s still a fight! She keeps arching her back and throwing herself around. She finally gives up the fight but has started a new weird sleeping position she arches her head back real far. Idk. I’m losing my mind any other mommas going through this?
