No, no, and no. Technically they are all illegal.
1. Legal age for consensual sex: 16 from both parties (in most states)
2. Legal age for drinking: 21
3. Legal use for weed in most states if legal: 21
4. Drugs: illegal 
So that’s a huge no. Not safe, not smart, not worth the damage/outcome later. We have rules for a reason, to protect people from themselves before they are considered adults and able bodied and able minded enough to make clear decisions that effect a fully/mostly developed body to prevent as much damage as possible.

15 is different than 16. You can drink at 16 in Europe and Germany, but it’s 21 in the states. You can legally have sex at age 16, so 🤷🏼‍♀️ Marijuana isn’t a big issue, but don’t go doing coke and shit.

I don’t approve of it, but it happens. Kids get curious. Underage/teen sex is something I’m gonna raise awareness for with my daughter, but of course I won’t promote it. It’s bound to happen and usually there’s nothing the parents can do unless they force them to stay inside and are extremely strict. I was a wild teen and I know how to be there for my daughter when she needs me, rather than making her want to rebel. The alcohol and drugs thing, that would be a different story, BUT if she goes behind my back and gets herself into scary situations, I’d rather her be at home safe and sound doing it than out in the streets or at a stranger’s house.

At the age of 15, you’re underage, so sex is illegal. At 16, you’re not. I’m pretty sure the legal drinking age is 18, so drinking before then is illegal. Don’t get yourself into trouble
