Lap surgery

I did a lap surgery on wednesday for suspected endo, which turns out i dont have endo or any scaring. Turns out i have lots of little fibroids blocking my left tube, my right tube is working perfectly fine and is clear. Now they are looking to book me in to do a next lap soon to remove fibroids. Has anyone has any experience like this before? Anyone gotten pregnant naturally with one tube... ps am 30yrs old never been pregnant, 1 failed ivf and ttc for the longest (well over 8 years)
