THIS CANT BE REAL ?!??!?

I tested because I’m mega late like over a month late but I have had zero symptoms besides no period and some mild cramping. My husband just left for work omg I’m in shock I can’t believe It we’ve been trying for almost 2 years

Update: had to be sure and oh yea ! Baby #1 on the way

Update #2 went to the doctor's to confirm pregnancy but it was not what I expected..unfortunately I was supposed to be 9 weeks but they found no gestational sac and they checked my cervix for signs of a miscarriage and there were none. Doctor also said it was strange because if it was an ectopic pregnancy they would have seen it in the ultrasound which they didn't my hcg levels were at 4,000 so now I have to wait to see if they drop or go up. If they drop it means miscarriage if they go up it means either early pregnancy and wrong dates or ectopic pregnancy.
