Keto is only safe for those who were put on the diet by their doctors. If you dont have a medical condition that is solved by keto, it is NOT healthy for you.

I wouldn't neccesarily go full keto but I think low carb is fine as long as you do it right. I'd probably still do at least 50 carbs a day and eat mostly meat and veggies. Consuming healthy carbs for the allowed amount of carbs. Like fruit and such.

You need a certain amount of carbs while breastfeeding otherwise you can go into ketoacidosis which can be dangerous. You could possible do a modified version as long as you make sure you get the minimum amount of carbs.
