Can anyone tell me how it feels to have a torn meniscus? Google isn’t giving very specific results so I thought I should come here. I fell a month ago and my knee doesn’t hurt, it’s just very uncomfortable to move it sometimes if it’s been straight for a while. It also feels uncomfortable to move it when it’s been bent for a while. Although walking is fine for me, running is also a bit of an issue for me.
