So I was having sex and suddenly I had the sensation I needed to pee and it happened a few times but I would always make some way to slow down or something because I was scared I would actually pee lmao. Could it have been that I was reaching an orgasm? Because I didn’t even need to pre afterwards or anything

When I started masturbating I would get this sensation too and it was just an oncoming orgasm. To be sure I didn’t legit pee myself I did it in a bath once to make sure and I actually orgasmed not peed. I felt more comfortable trying again after that. 
Also, when your genitals are swollen from stimulation it can actually take longer to urinate because the blood flow to your genitalia restricts the urethra from getting its regular amount of flow out for some people. So peeing before you start or waiting 10 min after you’re done masturbating might make a difference.
