Intermittent Fasting?

I’m trying my hand at intermittent fasting...

I’m a few days in and it’s going pretty well.

I don’t eat from 7pm to 12 noon the following day.

I drink a ton of water and cut out sugary drinks (haven’t drank soda for almost 4 years) I’m calorie counting and watching portions while I’m able to eat. And also exercising at least 30 minutes a day.

Anyone else trying or tired this, what was your experience like?
