PLEASE HELP

Okay so I play softball and yesterday I got hit with a line drive (hard hit straight at me) right in the area of where my ovaries are and at first it was just hurting and now it’s bruised and won’t stop hurting. Today I started to notice a little blood in a clearish slimy discharge. I had my period two times in April and my period for this May isn’t supposed to come until the 20th or so. Should I go to the doctor?? Please help I’m super worried.
