When did you call to make the first apt?

Where I live you can request an appointment straight away but you won’t get one until at least 8 weeks and then it’s mostly to just check your health and give you advice on how to have the healthiest pregnancy possible. There’s definitely no rush. The only real deadline is the NT 12 week scan as this has to be done around 12 weeks for the results to be at all accurate :) x

With my doc you have to do the confirmation urine or blood test to confirm pregnancy so I always do that immediately after a positive and then when they get the results the clinic will call you to setup an appt. can take a day could take up to a week 🤷🏻‍♀️ but the appointment is usually set to be around 8-10weeks no matter how early you found out you’re pregnant it just means you have to wait longer to see the doc. I had my appt at 8 weeks but I ovulated a week late so I was actually 7 weeks

I called like 2 days later, but I hey didn't see me till 8 weeks.

I waited until my period was officially a week late. I wanted to make sure it wasn't a chemical and that I was actually pregnant. My OB office doesn't do early appointments or ultrasounds unless you're high risk, so my appointment wasn't until 12 weeks anyway.
