Omg what’s wrong with my belly button 😫

Ok so ever since like 11 weeks I’ve been having random bouts of stabbing pain behind and around my belly button and when it starts I can’t even stand up straight I feel like my belly button is gonna rip open what is this? I’ve had a lot of complications with this pregnancy and so I’ve had to call and get seen quite a few times and there’s now one nurse that’s being a HUGE bitch when I call like the other day I called cause I was having awwwwful cramps and freakin bleeding she yells at me “well if your trying to get something we’re only gonna give you Tylenol” oh hell no this mama bout lost it I told her “ the first thing I said when I called was I don’t care about the pain I don’t care about me i just want to know baby’s ok so it really offends me to be talked to like some kind of junkie looking for pills” and I mean I get it I know there’s a lot of people out there that abuse the medical system to get a high but I made it very clear I didn’t want anything to stop the pain just wanted to know baby was ok. I am now scared to call cause of her
