3 weeks postpartum🙃
When I came home from the hospital I was BEYOND uncomfortable with my body.. My face was full, my boobs were DDD with colostrum, stomach was still bloated to the max, and from the knee down was so full of water retention that it felt like jello when I walked! I thought it would take me months or even a year to be comfortable in my new mom bod.
But I started doing Keto ASAP and wore a belly sweat band as well and my weight went from 186 to 150 in 3 weeks! Every time I look in the mirror I’m completely in disbelief!
I still have a ways to go til I’m at my goal weight and building muscle to get rid of the jiggle, but I love my mom bod as it is! Very proud of my progress and can’t wait to feel beautiful in my 2 piece bikini in July for our vacation to Jacksonville, FL! ❤️🙏🏽
