Is fast food okay to eat?

This is my second pregnancy but my first ended at 6 weeks in an mc. Im really concerned about food this time, I'm already trying to cut down on junk food and treats but what about things like fast food and ramen?

I eat so much ramen (I make my own sauce not the insane sodium packet). Fast food once in a while no problem. Just don’t go nuts.

I never ate ramen before pregnancy because the sodium content is ridiculous but I know people who have and their babies have been fine. (One pkg of ramen has about half of the recommended sodium intake for a whole day, just so you know) 
I have eaten fast food. It’s hard to not make it habit when baby craves Burger King lol. I’ve had two ultrasounds and everything is fine. Just try to keep it in moderation!
