Over the counter meds

I have a chronic pain disorder, and I use natural and over the counter meds to manage my symptoms (Aleve, ibuprofen, Benadryl, turmeric). Are these safe to use during pregnancy? Husband and I plan to start trying within the next few months, and just want to be prepared.
