WTF?!?!?

I'm 4 months PP and haven't gotten my cycle back. I test every week as a just in case type thing bc I'm paranoid. So I tested today and it wad negative as usual and it was the last in my box so I took my box with the test I took last week and double checked that. I swear it was negative last week! Now its positive!?!?!? WTH?? Top one is today's bottom one is last week... Im so confused... I want another one but not necessarily this soon!
