Nipple Pain

Hi so my nipples are very sore, not my actual breasts just my nipples.

I also noticed brown discharge/spotting Sunday 21st & Monday 22nd.

My last AF was April 6th but only last maybe 2/3 days where as I usually am on for a full week.

I have some dull ache / cramp in my lower abdomen and I’m really tired and emotional the last few days.

I also dreamt I had loads of positive tests 😂 (I know this doesn’t mean anything)

Do these symptoms sound hopeful at all please? Not sure when to test as my periods are irregular. Thanks in advance.
