When i first got pregnant, i would violently throw up from brushing my teeth. Every single time. So i stopped brushing my teeth as often. I know it's gross but i dreaded brushing my teeth. I would swish listerine in my mouth instead some mornings.

Now that I'm able to brush my teeth like normal again (morning and night), my gums are bleeding alot. Did i ruin my gums or give myself gingivitis?
